"Compositional ambitions, instrumental mastery or leadership activity are characteristics of outsanding personalities of Slovak modern jazz presented by the album.

Those representatives enriched the Slovak jazz by various specific shades, hower, despite their special features they also share a lot. They follow the endeavorous of older jazzmen aiming at formation of creative of creative jazz school, which could lay a basis for next generation of jazzmen. They try to revival their own expressive means, so we prehaps witness the gender of a new "jazz workshop".
